Do you have a little one with big opinions when it comes to food? Here are some tips on how to appeal to your picky eater in the parks!

  • Keep it simple!

Rancho Del Zocalo in Frontier land offers two simple toddler meals: Arroz con Pollo (Chicken and rice) and Arroz con Frijoles (Rice and beans). Both options come with applesauce and a milk.

Redd Rockett’s Pizza Port in Tomorrowland offers simple pasta dishes, and will serve up plain pasta upon request.

Hungry Bear in Critter Country offers a Kid’s Power Pack of snacks that will please all ages! The power pack comes with: A yogurt, petite banana, sliced appled, baby carrots, whole grain “fish” crackers, and the choice of a small milk or water.

  • Bring your own food!

Feeling to anxious to test out the above options? Never fear! Bringing your own food into the parks is absolutely allowed. Our little ones are early risers, so we typically bring bananas, bagels, and oatmeal (with the necessary utensils) to keep in the hotel room.

And finally:

  • Pack the snacks!

It ties into the above point, but I’m a big believer in snacks. This should go for adults as well! Keep your favorite snacks in your diaper bag/purse/backpack to curb the hanger while making meal decisions.
