This week’s AP Days theme is “Live the Adventure,” and runs through February 14. Activities are held in the Main Street Opera House in Disneyland, and at Stage 17 and the Blue Sky Cellar in Disney California Adventure. Each venue has its own operating hours. At Disneyland, the Main Street Opera House opens at 5:00 p.m., with registration for the movie screenings starting at Noon. Over at Disney California Adventure, Blue Cellar appears to open at 10:00 a.m. each morning, and close at either 5:00 or 7:00 p.m. depending on day. Please note, predicated on the official Disneyland times guide, it appears only the Blue Sky Cellar location is open on Tuesdays – the Main Street Opera House and Stage 17 are both closed.
Even though Disney expressed that charging stations are available at the Blue Sky Cellar, there are only two tables with power outlets. Be sure to bring your own power adaptor and cords. Cast members from Disney’s PhotoPass are on hand to answer questions you may have about the new Photopass service.
Passholders can stop by one of the locations to pick up that week’s commemorative button, by Disney artist Jeff Granito. This week, Disney handed out buttons promoting the upcoming DVD release of Snow White.
In Stage 17, there are several photo locations set up including one character location. Cast members at the Main Street Opera House and Stage 17 distribute free mini bottles of water and bags of pre-packaged, flavored popcorn.
